MADAGASCAR 72% Dark
Dick Taylor's award-winning single origin 72% Madagascar Dark Chocolate is made using cocoa beans from the Akesson Plantation estate is in the Sambirano Valley of Northern Madagascar. This cacao is hands down some of the best and most consistent in the world. The true flavor of the bean is the highlight here... no soy lecithin or vanilla, just organic cane sugar is used in the making of this chocolate bar, allowing the classic citrus and red berry notes present in the cacao to shine.

BLACK FIG 72% Dark
This award winning bar is made using cocoa beans from 'Akesson Plantation'; a cacao farm in northern Madagascar in the Sambirano Valley. ORANGE BOURBON PECAN 65% Dark
Special seasonal release. Bourbon soaked pecans are candied with maple syrup & orange and paired with a 65% Belize dark chocolate. The resulting bar is warm and zesty with a hint of bourbon, and just the right amount of crunch.

This bar has two delicious layers starting with our 72% Belize single origin dark chocolate. The other layer is a Peruvian white chocolate, made with Alexandre Family Farm A2/A2 whole milk and freeze-dried strawberries. The strawberry white chocolate is fruity, creamy and sweet with the perfect level of tartness to round it out.
