Refund policy
Sugoi Sweets has a no refund or replacement policy for all orders after they leave our possession (handed over to the shipping provider and scanned for shipment).
While Sugoi Sweets makes every effort to prevent shipping delays and damage during transit of your order, once your order is with the shipping provider certain unexpected issues may occur.
Delays are possible and can be tracked with the shipping provider (see tracking information on your order information email/page).
Weather/temperature and shipping provider negligence is another possible issue. While Sugoi Sweets cannot be held responsible for these issues we want to know about them and will do the best to remediate the situation and make every effort to ensure it does not occur in the future.
