TheYUZU SEA SALT PEEL BAR is unique in that it has two layers of chocolate. The top, adorned in seigaiha-mon, or wave pattern, is a tart - yet floral - yuzu white chocolate. The lower layer of 65% Ecuadorian dark chocolate is bejeweled with candied yuzu peel from Japan and sea salt. The result is a complex, but delightful chocolate bar.
