Siamaya Chocolate based in Changmai, Thailand began making chocolate from Thai ingredients in 2017. The result is a collection of distinctive Thai-inspired chocolate. Hill Coffee & Pomelo Dark Chocolate
This Hill Coffee & Pomelo Dark Chocolate is made from arabica coffee beans sourced from hill tribes in Northern Thailand, which are ground with cacao beans to make an elegant 70% dark chocolate. Candied pomelo peel adds a sweet citrus burst.
Ingredients: cacao beans, cane sugar, cacao butter, candied pomelo, and Arabica coffee.
Produced in a facility which processes nuts and dairy.
