Siamaya Chocolate based in Changmai, Thailand began making chocolate from Thai ingredients in 2017. The result is a collection of distinctive Thai-inspired chocolate. We tried their as a chocolate festival and were blown away by the precision in flavor and chocolate combination. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

Mango & Chili Dark Chocolate combines the fruit notes of Siamaya's Signature Dark 70% with sweet and chewy tropical sun-dried mango and a pinch of chilies and salt. If you like all things tropical, you’ll love this bar.
Ingredients: cacao beans, cane sugar, cacao butter, cane sugar, dried ruby mango, chilies and sea salt.
Produced in a facility which processes nuts and dairy.
