Siamaya Chocolate based in Changmai, Thailand began making chocolate from Thai ingredients in 2017. The result is a collection of distinctive Thai-inspired chocolate. We tried their as a chocolate festival and were blown away by the precision in flavor and chocolate combination. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

Khao Soi Curry is inspired by Northern Thailand’s signature dish of the same name. This bar is crammed with bold flavors like nothing else you've tried in chocolate before. Curry, friend shallot, and crispy noodles in Siamaya's Signature Milk Chocolate, will leave you longing for a foodie trip to Chaing Mai.
