The fleur de sel of Taiwan from Jia Yi County brings out the subtle and deep aroma from fermentation, with the hint of soy sauce, miso and spices. It goes very well with spices, such as white/black pepper, chili , milk or nutmeg, and even garlic or onion.
All of the Taiwan Chocolates are made from tree to bar in Fu Wan inPing-Tung county,--fermentation, drying, roasting, and grinding.
