Hailing from Ehime prefecture, the kingdom of Citrus in Japan, Amanatsu, also known as Japanese Summer Orange, is refreshingly bright and tart. Its aromatic peel is treasured as a potent ingredient that pairs exceptionally well with herbaceous flavours.
The interplay of citrus and peppermint with floral Ecuadorian Costa Esmeraldas cacao in a 55% dark milk chocolate makes for a playful and delicious festive treat.
Ingredients: Cacao, cane sugar, cacao butter, milk powder, amanatsu peel (amanatsu peel, beet sugar, vitamin c), peppermint essential oil.
