Black Sesame Bar

The BLACK SESAME BAR is a chocolate ode to a love of a popular ingredient in Asian desserts, black sesame.  This very nutty seed has been roasted, pulverized, and blended into refined white chocolate.  The result is a very flavorful, creamy chocolate bar bursting with flavor.  Complete seeds are also mixed into the chocolate, not only for visual effect, but also texture, and a release of another layer of nutty flavor.
