Winter Shipping Information

NATIONWIDE Winter Weather Shipping. The colder temperatures of winter brings relief from the the extra precautions we take in shipping during warmer summer months.  As a result, you benefit with more shipping options at lower prices to choose from. We will be updating our shipping options regularly to accommodate the fluctuations of temperatures experienced in different regions throughout the United States. The most up-to-date options will appear in your cart at check-out. 

We will continue to ship all chocolate orders with thermal insulation and cold packs to warmer climates.     

PICK-UP. We offer complimentary pick-up at our kitchen (1904 Brookdale Road, #128, Naperville 60563). Choose the free pick-up option at check-out and your order will be available the following day (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)  between 1:00 - 5:00 pm or upon request. Just choose PICK-UP at checkout and confirm / schedule your pick up appointment with us.

SHIPMENT DELIVERY DAYS. To ensure you receive everything in their best condition we only ship orders going to locations outside the Chicagoland area Monday through Wednesday. For example, an online order placed on Friday at 10:30 am will be packed by hand and shipped the next shipping business day not falling on a major holiday, Monday in this example.
