Teh Tarik ("pulled tea" in Malay) is a widely beloved beverage in Singapore. Prepared with black tea and sweetened condensed milk, skilled brewers “pull” the mixture between two cups, creating a fluffy froth. The lengthy pulls create subtle changes to the flavour and temperature, resulting in the perfect brew.
This 51% dark milk chocolate is a chocolate version of the beverage. Made with pine-smoked Darjeeling black tea from Gopaldhara estate in India and cacao sourced from Hacienda Limon estate in Ecuador, you can savour the essence of Teh Tarik anytime.
