With Chef Rick Bayless, the Frontera team developed the concepts for each bar to take you on a journey through different regions of Mexico, inspired by meals, spirits, and experiences!
This collection box contains four (4) chocolate bars; 35g each.
All of these cacaos come from either Chiapas or Tabasco in Southern Mexico and are 70% cacao and 30% sugar, with additional ingredients:
Aztec
Additional Ingredients: allspice, guajillo chile, puffed amaranth and marigold
Oaxaca
Additional Ingredients: mezcal infused cacao and Oaxacan pasilla
Additional Ingredients: mezcal infused cacao and Oaxacan pasilla
Jalisco
Additional Ingredients: tequila-infused cacao and guajillo chile
Mole
Additional Ingredients: chocolate made with cinnamon, black pepper, and allspice, filled with mole.
