Raw Persian licorice is used to flavor caramelized white chocolate and salted with sea salt from the West Fjords of Iceland, by Saltverk. A uniquely Icelandic flavor experience.
INGREDIENTS: Organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, Icelandic milk powder, 3% raw liquorice, Icelandic sea salt from Saltverk, salmiak (E510) & sunflower lecithin.
