Use the chasen (matcha whisk) to make a creamy matcha.
After use, be sure to clean your chasen by whisking it in a bowl of water or running it under the tap. Remove any matcha residue. Do not use soaps because of the porous bamboo. Air dry thoroughly. Reshape the whisk with a kusenaoshi (matcha whisk shaper).
