Our fine Japanese genmaicha is a mixed green tea with a 50 / 50% split of roasted brown rice and sencha leaves. The tea leaves (on the bush) are exposed to direct sunlight, giving the tea a distinct flavor that blends well with the roasted brown rice. It is energizing yet low-caffeine.
