MADAGASCAR 72% Dark

Dick Taylor's award-winning single origin 72% Madagascar Dark Chocolate is made using cocoa beans from the Akesson Plantation estate is in the Sambirano Valley of Northern Madagascar. This cacao is hands down some of the best and most consistent in the world. The true flavor of the bean is the highlight here... no soy lecithin or vanilla, just organic cane sugar is used in the making of this chocolate bar, allowing the classic citrus and red berry notes present in the cacao to shine.

BLACK FIG 72% Dark

This award winning bar is made using cocoa beans from 'Akesson Plantation'; a cacao farm in northern Madagascar in the Sambirano Valley. This fruity & floral is paired with beautifully rich and chewy, dried California black mission figs that have been generously sprinkled on the back of the chocolate.

ORANGE BOURBON PECAN 65% Dark

Special seasonal release.  Bourbon soaked pecans are candied with maple syrup & orange and paired with a 65% Belize dark chocolate. The resulting bar is warm and zesty with a hint of bourbon, and just the right amount of crunch.

Ingredients:  Chocolate (cacao, cane sugar, cocoa butter), pecans, maple syrup, bourbon, orange essential oil.

GINGER SNAP MILK 55% Dark

This bar features our rich 55% Brazil Milk Chocolate made with A2/A2 whole milk from Alexandre Family Farm and crunchy ginger SNAPS cookie bits from Bunches & Bunches. It's the perfect combination of sweet & spice with just the right snap! This is a bar you can enjoy all winter long. 

Ingredients:  Chocolate (cacao, cane sugar, A2/A2 whole milk powder, cocoa butter, vanilla bean), ginger snap cookies (unbleached enriched all-purpose flour, butter (pasteurized sweet cream [contains: milk, butter]), molasses, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla extract, salt, nutmeg, allspice, white pepper, cayenne.
