This Katakuchi Bowl by DTK Ceramics is an iconic ceramic vessel boasting an inner depth and large diameter ideal for whisking matcha or Hojicha Powder with ease.  Not just limited to Japanese tea powder, the graceful curve makes it perfect to pour a latte, chill water before steeping tea leaves in a kyusu, or serving liquids, such as sake, sauces, and dressings.

About the Artist: David T. Kim
David T. Kim is the founder of DTK Ceramics, a Chicago based pottery production studio. DTK Ceramics aims to create a wide range of objects that enhance the rituals of daily life.
