This chocolate is made with the base of Ping Tung cacao and is blended with Taiwan charcoaled oolong tea. The proper milk flavor balances the astringency from the chocolate and tea powder, brings the chocolate a very pleasant mouth feel. It's an artwork that tells the story about the milk tea culture in Taiwan.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate (Ping-Tung cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), charcoal oolong tea powder.
